Reliable layout of the crushing production line will relate to the production efficiency of the complete set of stone production line.
Generally, when we purchase the crusher machinery, we will send professional technicians and engineers to the site to investigate for users, and provide the production line layout plan, detailed equipment foundation drawings and installation drawings.
In order to meet our customers demand, according to our previous design and construction experience, DAER Machinery puts forward the following points for our customers to help to arrange the working site.
1. Site Layout
According to the terrain of the site, the production line shall be reasonably arranged and the equipment shall be placed as well as possible to avoid the interference of the belt conveyor, and the inclination angle of the belt conveyor shall be within 18 °.
The equipment shall be compact, but the maintenance channel must be reserved; The stack of finished materials shall be arranged on one side as far as possible to facilitate transportation and the process shall be controllable, smooth and convenient.
2. Selection of Output & Power
According to the output required by the customer and in combination with the actual situation on site, the technical parameter matching between crushers at all levels should be fully considered, which can not only ensure the particle shape quality of the product to the greatest extent, but also meet the requirements for the best crushing ratio of various types of crushers, so as to maximize the output. At the same time, try to select high-power crushing equipment, such as jaw crusher, cone crusher, etc. the motor power equipped for belt conveyor machines shall be as large as possible to meet the output requirements of conveying materials.
3. Requirements for Particle Size & Cleanliness of Materials
The selection of crushing equipment is determined according to the output and discharge particle size required by the customer. The screening equipment plays a decisive role.
The vibrating screen with wide width shall be selected for pre-screening, and the vibrating screen with long length shall be selected for finished screen. This not only ensures the particle size of the finished product, but also ensures the cleanliness of the finished product.
