1. Check before starting

(2) According to the physical properties of the material and the requirements for the discharge particle size, adjust the gap between the strike plate and the impact plate. If there is a special need, the rotor speed can be changed.
(3) Check whether the lubrication system and cooling system are easy to use.
2. Precautions during starting, stopping and operation
(1) Start sequence: dust collection equipment→ transportation equipment→ impact crusher→ feeder. First carry out empty machine operation, check to determine that there is no abnormal phenomenon before feeding.
(2) The feeding should be uniform to prevent the feeding of large fast materials exceeding the regulations, and to prevent the feeding of metal blocks.
(3) Always check the working condition of the lubrication system and cooling system, and pay attention to the temperature of each bearing and motor bearing. If the specified value is exceeded, it should be dealt with in time.
(4) Always pay attention to whether the discharge particle size is appropriate, and adjust it in time if it exceeds the specified range.
(5) Pay attention to the sealing of the equipment and the dust collection work of the workshop.
(6) Pay attention to whether the bolts on the body are loose, if loose should be stopped for repair. It is strictly forbidden to carry out repairs or open inspection doors for inspection.
(7) When stopping, the feeder should be stopped first, the motor should be stopped after the materials in the standby body are crushed, and then the conveying equipment and dust collection equipment should be stopped. And after the shutdown, the fastening bolts should be checked in time, and the wear of the strike plate and impact plate should be checked.
